About the role
- Acquire new customers via phone, email and in the field
- Present our company from proposal preparation through to contract signing
- Ensure growth by building a high-quality sales funnel
- Prepare sales forecasts and track their progress
- Identify key accounts and qualify new growth opportunities
- Effectively plan customer appointments and field activities
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business qualification preferred
- Experience in B2B sales
- Proven skills in new customer acquisition via phone, email and social networks
- Proficient in MS Office and a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Excellent German skills (C2) spoken and written
- English level B2; additional languages are a plus
- Valid driving licence (Class B) required
