About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive enterprise and C-level client engagement as the senior relationship leader and team lead for major clients.
- Collaborate within cross-functional pods that include Engineering and Product counterparts to inform the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product roadmap priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of major client deployments, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Avantos AI solutions.
- Translate client needs into actionable insights, guiding the design of tailored AI solutions.
- Foster a tight feedback loop between clients, engineering, and product to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years’ experience in technology consulting or digital transformation within an enterprise SaaS or financial services environment.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders.
- Strong grasp of product concepts, technical architectures, data structures, and system integrations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
