About the role
- Manage and update company pages on **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**
- Create **graphics, captions, and short videos** for daily or weekly posting
- Plan and execute **social media calendars and campaigns**
- Respond to **messages, comments, and inquiries** in a timely and professional manner
- Track engagement, reach, and other metrics to evaluate campaign performance
- Stay updated on current social media trends and content strategies
Requirements
- Experience managing **multiple social media platforms**
- Skilled in **graphic design tools** (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)
- Creative eye for content and strong copywriting skills
- Good communication and time management skills
- Experience in content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) is a plus
