About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, respond to, and orchestrate inbound emails and requests sent to microsoft.funding@avanade.com
Ensure timely communication within a 24-hour timeline
Onboard new Microsoft programs
Manage and track programmatic funding claims
Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft programs
Facilitate the Microsoft governance process, coordination, and legal compliance actions
Facilitate rhythm-of-business calls with Microsoft related to Partner Center
Manage Microsoft Investment, Influence, and Incentive programs
Support sales efforts by leveraging Microsoft programs and advising on incentive structures
Deliver a high-quality experience for clients and Microsoft
Schedule, coordinate, and navigate escalations with Microsoft
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend process refinements
Improve and document processes
Support all aspects of Avanade Alliances Operations
Collaborate with global teams and influence strategic outcomes as part of the Global alliance team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Motivated self-starter who collaborates well with others
Experience in operations roles
Proven success managing a large volume of activities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
High attention to detail and pride in quality output
Highly responsive, customer-service-oriented approach with a sense of urgency
Strong analytical problem-solving ability
Good communication skills
Proactive in all aspects
Ability to follow processes to provide high-quality customer service to internal customers
Knowledge of PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint
Willingness to work US Eastern time zone three times per week
