About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You identify innovative AI use cases and support their implementation — from technical conception through to realization.
- You develop and implement tailored agentic AI solutions for various industries based on the Azure cloud.
- You build scalable platforms that enable autonomous workflows and intelligent decision-making with AI agents, and ensure their continuous development.
- You support our clients in optimizing existing AI solutions and ensure their ongoing improvement.
- You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and keep your technical knowledge up to date to continuously advance our AI solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong Python skills and experience with agent frameworks and Azure AI Services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, LLMOps, and modern cloud technologies is a plus
- Practical experience developing prototypes, PoCs, or MVPs to validate AI applications
- Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions, including model selection, architecture design, and scaling, is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard of quality
- Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and clear, business-oriented communication
- Very good German and English skills (C1/Advanced)
- Passion for current developments in AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
