About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, test, and support Power Platform solutions across business teams and user groups
  • Assess business needs, technical constraints, and readiness for new apps and automation
  • Create practical solution designs, delivery plans, and stakeholder engagement materials
  • Develop canvas apps, model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse components
  • Build simple guides, support notes, release updates, and knowledge articles for users
  • Support governance adoption, including environments, security roles, connectors, ALM, and standards
  • Run workshops, demos, backlog sessions, and support clinics to improve solution uptake
  • Track solution performance, identify friction points, and recommend continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, application support, or solution delivery roles
  • Experience delivering business apps, process automation, integrations, and operational improvements
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, custom connectors, Azure, or Dynamics 365 integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business systems, or related field
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) (desirable)
