About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, test, and support Power Platform solutions across business teams and user groups
Assess business needs, technical constraints, and readiness for new apps and automation
Create practical solution designs, delivery plans, and stakeholder engagement materials
Develop canvas apps, model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse components
Build simple guides, support notes, release updates, and knowledge articles for users
Support governance adoption, including environments, security roles, connectors, ALM, and standards
Run workshops, demos, backlog sessions, and support clinics to improve solution uptake
Track solution performance, identify friction points, and recommend continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years’ experience in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, application support, or solution delivery roles
Experience delivering business apps, process automation, integrations, and operational improvements
Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, custom connectors, Azure, or Dynamics 365 integrations
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business systems, or related field
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) (desirable)
