About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead IAM opportunities from pipeline qualification through contract signing, supporting a smooth transition into delivery
Own end-to-end technical solutioning, including architecture design, scope definition, estimates, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery considerations
Act as the primary technical architect in client meetings, workshops, solution reviews, and negotiations
Translate business and security requirements into scalable, secure, and deliverable IAM architectures
Develop high-quality client and internal materials such as architecture diagrams, implementation approaches, staffing models, statements of work, and delivery plans
Accelerate qualification and solution development by reducing ambiguity and providing clear technical direction
Improve win rates by strengthening solution quality, delivery readiness, and technical credibility throughout pursuits
Maintain ownership continuity from early shaping through delivery handoff, minimizing rework and information loss
Collaborate closely with sales, alliances, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure what is sold is executable and aligned to client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, security architecture, or consulting
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Entra and modern enterprise identity platforms
Experience moving from presales or pursuits into delivery architecture
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience leading large-scale IAM or identity modernization programs
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Suite governance and secure access services
Experience with Intune, Defender, and identity-centric security integrations
Consulting and large-scale enterprise delivery experience
Relevant certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, SC-100, CISSP, or equivalent
