About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implementation and operation of Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) solutions
- Planning and deployment of hybrid infrastructures using Azure Arc
- Conducting assessments, workshops and structured advisory services (MIP engagements)
- Analyzing and optimizing existing environments for performance, security and operations
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure, network and storage issues
- Supporting the introduction of governance, monitoring and compliance frameworks
- Advising clients on hybrid scenarios and data center modernization
- Delivering workshops and training (e.g., Azure Arc, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server hybrid features)
- Close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or equivalent qualification / professional experience
- Several years of experience in enterprise environments with hybrid and cloud infrastructures
- Experience in direct client engagement (remote & on-site)
- Strong German and English skills (minimum C1)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
