About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for overall project planning, control and independent management of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
You support the sales team in preparing proposals and actively contribute to the strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice.
You act as the central point of contact for all customer and employee-related matters and ensure that project objectives (budget, schedule, quality) are achieved.
You build, lead and manage project teams at a multinational and interdisciplinary level.
You hold methodological responsibility for the agile delivery of projects.
You are responsible for the professional development of approximately 25 experts within the Delivery Lead community at ASG.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven project management and consulting skills with extensive client experience and the ability to effectively manage client expectations and align them with project deliverables.
Passion for continuous learning, strong business acumen and excellent time-management skills.
A solid understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions is an advantage.
Strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset and sound advisory capabilities.
Experience in leading and managing teams, both onshore and offshore, is a plus.
University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient in German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
