About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the overall project planning, control and independent leadership of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals.
- Participate in cross-functional leadership formats.
- Act as the central point of contact for customer and employee-related issues.
- Build, lead and manage multinational project teams.
- Drive the professional development of approximately 25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community at ASG.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven project management and consulting skills with extensive client experience and the ability to effectively manage client expectations and align them with project deliverables.
- Passion for continuous learning, strong business acumen and excellent time management skills.
- A solid understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships, promote collaboration and provide sound advisory support.
- Experience leading and managing teams, both onshore and offshore, is a plus.
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
