About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and lead end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
Design scalable, secure architectures covering environments, integrations, data, identity, and operations.
Lead Copilot and AI solution design, ensuring responsible AI, compliance, and appropriate use of automation vs. AI.
Define and enforce governance, security, and ALM strategies across enterprise Power Platform environments.
Design resilient integrations using Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors.
Guide teams on low‑code and pro‑code extensibility, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Act as a trusted advisor—leading solution workshops, contributing to delivery planning, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and M365.
Proven expertise architecting end‑to‑end Copilot Studio solutions, including orchestration, integrations, environments, and ALM.
Strong solution architecture background, including leading workshops, producing HLD/LLD artifacts, and supporting delivery planning.
Hands‑on experience with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance (DLP, identity, access controls, and auditing).
Solid understanding of enterprise AI risk, privacy, and responsible AI practices for Copilot‑based solutions.
Ability to balance deep technical execution with advisory engagement for both technical and executive stakeholders.
