About the role

  • Conduct client interviews to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Advise on ERP implementation based on your area of expertise and business knowledge.
  • Identify ERP functionalities to be implemented and any potential gaps.
  • Design and write the functional specifications for the solution.
  • Train end users.
  • Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
  • Support our clients throughout their project.

Requirements

  • Strong command of key Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functionalities.
  • Expertise in functional areas: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, Project Accounting.
  • Ability to collaborate with various functional and technical profiles.
  • Experience with large-scale projects for a diverse client base.
  • Team player with a willingness to share knowledge, promoting collaboration and a supportive environment.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological developments and ERP best practices.
  • Proficiency in both English and French communication.
