About the role

  • Lead client interviews to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Advise on ERP implementation based on your area of expertise and business domain knowledge.
  • Identify the ERP functions to be implemented and any potential gaps.
  • Design and draft the solution's functional specifications.
  • Train end users.
  • Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
  • Support our clients throughout their project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong command of core functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Functional expertise in Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Project Accounting.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse functional and technical profiles.
  • Experience in large-scale projects for a varied client base.
  • Team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge, fostering mutual support and a culture of respect.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay up to date with technological developments and ERP best practices.
  • Proficiency in communication in both English and French.
