About the role

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Develop and extend solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI exposure desirable)
  • Support client workshops to identify automation and AI use cases
  • Be responsible for designing Power Platform tenants/environments, liaising with IT, Security, and other technical groups
  • Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems
  • Apply governance, security, and ALM best practices
  • Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and handover materials for clients
  • Work with internal and external technical resources to enable effective DevOps processes
  • Collaborate with architects, data, and AI specialists to deliver end to end solutions

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years in Power Platform consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM
  • Client facing consulting experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL 900, PL 200, PL 400, PL 600, AI-900, AB-730, AB-100
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, API integrations)
  • Must be an Australian Citizen due to project and client requirements.
