Requirements
What you’ll need- Conoscenza applicativa e relativa esperienza pluriennale dei vari moduli della piattaforma MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement, in particolare Sales and Marketing
- Conoscenza della customization della piattaforma MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement, inclusi configurazione data model, views, forms, advanced search, dashboard, workflow e business rules
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word e SharePoint come utilizzatore
- Disponibilità a sostenere trasferte
- Esperienza come Functional Lead nella gestione di piccoli gruppi di Business Analyst (nice to have)
- Competenza sui processi di business di una o più industry (nice to have)
- Certificazioni Microsoft Dynamics (nice to have)
- Conoscenza di Power BI e SharePoint (nice to have)
