• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (corporate, product and promotional)
• Build and manage the marketing calendar, aligning activities with internal teams
• Create, review and optimize copy for various channels (email marketing, WhatsApp, social media, blog, landing pages, presentations and sales materials; develop scripts for institutional and promotional videos)
• Organize in-person and online events such as trade shows, webinars, podcasts and partner meetups, coordinating support materials, giveaways and activations
• Open and manage briefs for the design team, ensuring clarity of requests and alignment between marketing and design
• Set up and analyze paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads and other channels)
• Monitor results, track metrics and generate insights to support decision making
• Manage CRM flows and automations, nurture campaigns and relationship funnels
• Coordinate deliverables with vendors, agencies and partners
