About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Account Managers and assist in servicing existing clients
- Assist with bond-related administrative activities, shipment-specific insurance quotations, certificate issuance, and policy servicing
- Process account changes and assist with premium collections
- Handle client communications and phone calls
- Learn customer portals (EPIC, Indio) for excellent customer support
- Provide administrative support and data organization as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reliable customer service professional
- Preference for prior experience in Insurance or logistics
- Must attain Massachusetts Property and Casualty license within 120 days of hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
