About the role
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud services and Microsoft 365
- Manage and optimize virtualized, containerized, and cloud-based environments
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Ensure the security and integrity of systems through endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience
- Must have the ability to explain complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Effective communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of firewall and VPN technologies
- BA/BS degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent demonstrated work experience required
- Certifications will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS degree or work experience
