About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud services and Microsoft 365
Manage and optimize virtualized, containerized, and cloud-based environments
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
Ensure the security and integrity of systems through endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security best practices
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new solutions
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five to eight years of similar or related experience
Must have the ability to explain complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Strong technical skills and knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
Effective communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
Knowledge of firewall and VPN technologies
BA/BS degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent demonstrated work experience required
Certifications will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS degree or work experience
