About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide service through digital contact channels such as chat, WhatsApp, phone and email, maintaining recurring contact;
- Deliver proactive service, anticipating client needs;
- Stay continuously informed about the macroeconomic outlook, market opportunities and financial products;
- Continuously monitor clients’ investment portfolios with a focus on their objectives;
- Manage your client portfolio with attention to forecasting and reducing the sales cycle to meet targets;
- Act with agility to optimize processes and internal controls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed in a field related to investments or the economic market;
- CEA (ANBIMA) certification;
- Ability to prepare reports;
- Knowledge of financial products (Fixed Income, Funds, Equities/Variable Income, Pension/Retirement, Foreign Exchange and related products);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Team spirit and cooperation;
- Proactivity in offering solutions;
- Ease in communicating with leaders and clients.
- Competitive differentials:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
