About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage direct relationships with individual and corporate clients, including prospecting, account opening and account maintenance within AUVP Capital’s client base
  • Thoroughly understand each client's profile, objectives and financial situation to offer appropriate solutions aligned with the client's interests and regulatory requirements
  • Execute allocations, reallocations and investment transactions under commission-based and fee-based compensation models, according to client profile and needs
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a focus on trust, repeat business and preservation of wealth
  • Work integrally within the AUVP ecosystem, identifying legitimate opportunities for complementary solutions (insurance, foreign exchange, credit, agribusiness and corporate services), always acting ethically, transparently and in the client’s best interest
  • Strictly follow internal compliance guidelines, ethical conduct and institutional positioning, safeguarding AUVP’s image, reputation and credibility
  • Actively participate in the internal development track (technical, commercial and behavioral training)
  • Contribute to building a solid client base with a long-term perspective and sustainable growth for the operation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ANCORD certification (active and registered, or in an advanced process as required)
  • Experience in the financial market (preferably in advisory/AAI or a commercial role linked to investments)
  • Strong commercial skills: relationship building, negotiation, trust development and responsible deal closing
  • Clear verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain products honestly and didactically
  • Ethical profile and adherence to processes: respect for internal guidelines, hierarchy and institutional positioning
  • Consultative approach and professional maturity appropriate for serving mid- and high-net-worth clients
  • Openness to continuous learning and professional development within the company’s training track
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advantage)
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in fast-changing environments (advantage)
  • CEA certification (advantage)
