About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.)
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems.
- Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement.
- Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans.
- Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices.
- Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 30 weekly billable hours in accordance with Autonomous Behavior Solutions policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®
- At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care.
