About the role

  • Provide administrative support for customer operations processes
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
  • Support process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
  • Work closely with Customer Operations and Business Operations teams to support day-to-day operations
  • Gain hands-on experience in running a high-growth SaaS startup

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of startup or operations experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Basic SQL and/or Python skills (nice to have)
  • Right to work in the UK (application asks)
  • Able to work in central London office for a minimum of 3 days a week
