About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review daily repair requests
- Travel to meet with Property Managers/Customers
- Diagnose issues and repair machines onsite
- Educate Customers on machine use and care
- Complete appropriate paperwork for both Property and ALS
- Maintain accountability for repair quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Load/unload trucks and follow Company procedures for installation and repair

Requirements

- Ability to lift/move heavy machines
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Experience with repairs and installations of washers and dryers
- Valid driver’s license
