About the role
- Ensure smooth vehicle scheduling and allocation
- Serve as a liaison between sales and logistics
- Coordinate and organize vehicle orders
- Manage and monitor vehicle order processes
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and pick-ups
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review and maintain vehicle inventory in the system
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to clarify delivery dates and terms
- Prepare reports and analyses to optimize vehicle allocation processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Ideally, professional experience in a commercial/administrative role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High customer focus and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured working style
