About the role
- Ensure the smooth handling of vehicle allocation and dispatch processes
- Coordinate and organize vehicle orders
- Responsible for the timely and flawless delivery of vehicles
- Manage and monitor vehicle order procedures
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Check and maintain vehicle inventory in the system
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers
- Prepare reports and analyses to optimize dispatch processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, professional experience in a commercial/administrative role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured way of working
