About the role
- Ensure smooth processing of vehicle allocation
- Coordinate and organize vehicle orders
- Ensure customers receive their vehicles on time and in perfect condition
- Manage and monitor vehicle order processes
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review and maintain vehicle inventories in the system
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to clarify delivery dates and terms
- Produce reports and analyses to optimize allocation processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Ideally professional experience in a commercial/administrative role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured working style
