About the role
- Prepare and file provisional, non-provisional, and PCT applications
- Manage docketing, deadlines, and correspondence with USPTO/WIPO
- Compile inventor declarations, assignments, formal drawings, and application materials
- Prepare IDS submissions and maintain compliance with disclosure rules
- Manage communication between inventors and IP team for signatures and documentation
Requirements
- 3–10 years experience as a patent paralegal
- Strong understanding of USPTO and PCT formalities
- Excellent document management and organizational skills
