About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will independently handle accounting for our clients using the BMD NTCS software — largely paperless and automated
Ideally, you will also support us with ongoing payroll processing
You will welcome new clients and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., preparing invoices/fee notes) as well as our marketing activities, such as producing advisory videos, expanding our tax chatbot tax-gpt, and creating social media posts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Very good knowledge of the BMD NTCS accounting software, including the bank-statement posting/reconciliation module
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an accountant (m/f/d) with concurrent responsibility for multiple clients
Preferably a completed commercial education (HAK / HAS, Bilanzbuchhalter examination, accounting certification, etc.)
A positive attitude and enjoyment of your work
Friendliness towards everyone (colleagues and clients)
Openness to continuously simplify and optimize processes
