About the role
- You independently manage bookkeeping for our clients using the BMD NTCS software – mostly paperless and automated
- Ideally, you also support our ongoing payroll and salary processing
- You welcome new clients and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., issuing invoices) as well as our marketing activities, such as creating advisory videos, expanding our tax chatbot “tax‑gpt,” and preparing social media posts.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the BMD NTCS accounting software, ideally including the bank statement posting module
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a bookkeeper, with concurrent management of multiple clients
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of your work
- Friendliness toward everyone
- Openness to continuously simplifying and optimizing processes
- Ideally, completed commercial education (HAK / HAS), Certified Accounting Specialist (Bilanzbuchhalter) exam, or bookkeeper certification
