About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and deliver transformational projects enhancing Manufacturing and Logistics operations nationwide
Introduce new equipment and technology into Manufacturing and Logistics teams
Coordinate equipment installation and integrate new infrastructure
Ensure implementations align with business processes, quality standards and operational needs
Develop and manage local schedules for equipment relocation, implementation and integration
Work with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and safety
Balance priorities based on national and processing centre requirements
Support business continuity and continuous improvement
Support the Engineering group with process engineering risk analysis and continuous improvement activities
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, contractors and internal networks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
Eligibility for Engineers Australia membership
Experience managing small equipment projects in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
Experience or exposure in equipment commissioning in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or quality-regulated environment
Experience in contractor management and risk assessment
Experience in workplace health and safety risk assessment processes related to equipment management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build effective internal networks and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage concurrent activities on a workplan
Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office software
