About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Lifeblood in addressing and resolving technical quality issues
- Address complex quality areas, including validation processes
- Partner with the business to enhance capability in Lifeblood’s quality management system (QMS)
- Provide quality management expertise to support decision-making at all business levels
- Participate in the Lead Auditor group
- Deliver the internal quality audit program
- Drive improvement in the performance of Lifeblood’s processes
- Coach and mentor individuals to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years practical experience with quality systems, including internal audits, in a regulated environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Qualified/certified auditor
- Significant breadth of knowledge and understanding of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Proven ability to apply regulatory and related principles in the workplace
- Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships with a range of external and internal customers
- Proven experience with best-practice validation and qualification processes
- Demonstrated ability to work within a high paced and high-volume environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to enhance their skills and performance
