- Diagnose capability needs, design solutions, and embed learning into everyday work
- Combine creativity with evidence-informed practice to develop engaging and relevant capability solutions
- Design and facilitate learning programs, establish communities of practice, curate learning resources
- Continually refine work to improve impact and learner experience
- Build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and translate broad organisational priorities into action
- Contribute to improved capability, performance and employee experience across the organisation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to diagnose capability needs using stakeholder insights, workforce data and business priorities
- Experience designing and implementing capability solutions that support learning, behaviour change and performance improvement
- Strong facilitation skills across face-to-face, virtual and collaborative learning environments
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical tools, resources and learning experiences
- Experience evaluating impact and using feedback and data to continuously improve capability initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, Education or a related discipline are highly regarded
- Qualifications in adult learning, instructional design, coaching, facilitation or change management would be advantageous.
