Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Five (5) years of related experience including one (1) year of supervisory experience
Knowledge of workforce development strategies, labor market trends, performance-based outcome measurement, and labor market data tools
Ability to utilize effective communication techniques and strategies
Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
