About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicating effectively with the client and building strong, lasting relationships
- Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
- Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
- An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
- Observing and following Draycott Nursing’s Health and Safety policy
Requirements
What you’ll need- You must be a qualified Nurse (Band 5 and above)
- You must have a valid NMC PIN (Required)
- Previous experience working in domiciliary care (desirable but not a requirement)
- Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as a mandatory requirement (or show proof of being current on the Update Service)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship
