About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a key client and internal stakeholder contact for electrical works on a major oil and gas portfolio
Lead and supervise Electrical Engineering project teams and provide technical direction
Build client relationships and drive opportunities from concept through implementation
Collaborate across disciplines to resolve technical challenges and deliver multidisciplinary projects
Manage, mentor and supervise engineers locally and in remote locations

Requirements

Extensive experience in LV and HV electrical engineering
Proven ability to apply electrical engineering knowledge to achieve project outcomes
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement
Experience leading teams and training, guiding and supporting engineers
Proven expertise managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards and specifications
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
