About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Being the face of Aurecon to our chosen clients
- Leading and being a part of teams that undertake and perform design and analysis of concrete/steel building structures of a bespoke and diverse nature
- Assisting in the supervision and guidance of younger engineers and overviewing design calculations and details of the other engineers and drafters
- Delivering design documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Providing construction-phase support on a wide array of projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 years’ experience in a Structural Engineer role
- A relevant tertiary degree, such as a bachelor’s in civil engineering
- Experience working on large-scale multi-disciplinary projects, with a focus on Building Structures
- Experience in Public Buildings, the Transport sector, or Data Centres will be valued
- Strong technical skills in complex structural analysis for bespoke structural designs
- Experience in the coaching of emerging talent
