About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver a portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across planning, design, construction and commissioning.
  • Work with and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on sustaining capital and utility projects across a range of asset classes, including networks, pipelines, pump stations and treatment facilities.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects by managing scope, programme, budget and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their challenges and helping to develop practical, innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and communities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Approximately 7+ years' experience in the water or resources industry, with experience delivering infrastructure or brownfields projects.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or Client side preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management experience across one or more stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to understand client needs, think strategically and identify opportunities to add value.
  • A proactive approach and a desire to work as part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
