About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support project teams by coordinating, managing and delivering BIM models
Coordinate BIM models across disciplines, focusing on MEP services
Perform clash detection using Navisworks
Lead coordination and resolution reviews
Facilitate BIM and coordination meetings with consultants, clients and internal project teams
Ensure models and outputs comply with project BIM standards, workflows and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
Work closely with design engineers, site teams and stakeholders to resolve design and constructability issues
Design and model Mechanical or Electrical services using Revit
Produce accurate and coordinated drawings and BIM outputs for MEP services using Revit
Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices across projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
Minimum 2 years of design experience in Electrical Engineering with a strong BIM focus
Hands-on experience using Revit for MEP modelling and documentation
Working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
Experience delivering building projects (e.g. commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, or similar)
Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows and coordination processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
