About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, user-centric automation and AI-driven tools and web apps to support engineering and design workflows across the APAC region.
Collaborate with engineering delivery teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
Learn, maintain and enhance existing automation tools, ensuring they align with evolving business needs.
Document software solutions and create user guides and tutorials to ensure effective use of developed tools.
Communicate effectively with delivery team members, presenting technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tertiary education in Engineering or Computer Science, or an equivalent course in advanced programming.
3+ years of experience in a programming language
High level of English (both speaking and writing), including presentation skills.
Experience working with engineering design and documentation software.
Experience in software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and testing.
