About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for end-to-end process of Intercompany Accounting
Reviewing and verifying intercompany charges
Reviewing and resolving out of balance/intercompany reconciling items and intercompany account settlement
Provides status updates to parties regarding intercompany transactions
Prepares accruals for recurring transactions where needed
Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation for the group
Support to Intercompany sweep, and month end journals as support to AU Finance
Assist in all internal and external audit engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have a clear understanding of confidentiality and attention to detail to produce work with a high level of accuracy are required due to the sensitive nature of the work
Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong stakeholder engagement
Ability to provide strategy guidance relating to Finance activities and ensure compliance of the requirements
Previous experience in accounting-related tasks
