About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress and quality compliance
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, material specifications, and method statements
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, and Owner’s Representatives to resolve site issues promptly
Review and verify material submittals, shop drawings, and inspection requests
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
Support installation, witness testing, and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with Thai construction and safety regulations
Monitor site safety practices and report non-conformities
Ensure that all work carried out meets the company’s quality standards and requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant technical qualification in Construction Technician / Electrical Power Technician or related technical field
5–7 years’ experience as Technician/Site Supervisor/Inspector in construction sites (experience in Data Center, power plants, or large industrial facility projects would be an advantage)
Strong understanding of Civil, M&E services, coordination sequencing, and fast-track project execution
Familiarity with Thai construction & safety regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
Willing and able to travel to provincial areas for on-site project assignments
Able to understand and review English language construction documents and technical manuals
