About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage both design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines and specifications
  • Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle
  • Collaborate with our Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a project management role
  • Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills
  • The ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
  • Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
