About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery of infrastructure and capital works projects from planning through to delivery
- Manage project governance, reporting, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, meeting minutes and project documentation
- Be responsible for Contract Administration of Aurecon and Third-Party Contracts
- Effectively manage Project as well as Business commercial risks
- Undertake analysis and problem solving to support project outcomes and client decision making
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
- Contribute to workshops, meetings and project communications
- Manage assigned tasks and workstreams effectively to meet project time, cost and quality requirements
- Demonstrate a proactive and growth-oriented mindset, seeking feedback and continuously developing capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 – 8 years’ experience working in a Project Management capacity
- Experience working within engineering, construction, consulting, Defence or government environments is highly regarded
- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline and/ or relevant equivalent experience working in these fields.
- Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
