About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver engineering excellence on-site
  • Ensure that construction activities align with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines
  • Provide engineering solutions to site issues and coordinating with discipline leads
  • Oversee site activities and offer technical advice on construction and design matters
  • Review technical submissions and contractor drawings in consultation with project leads
  • Ensure compliance of works with approved drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and the supply chain to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor daily construction activities and conduct regular site inspections
  • Verify materials delivered to site meet specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and progress
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate inspections with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 10 years of experience in civil and structural supervision
  • Strong knowledge of data centre construction, precast structures, structural steel, and local construction practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is preferred
  • A relevant degree from a recognized university and registration as a Resident Engineer with BEM
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
