About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver assessments and design of bulk earthworks, drainage, pavement and geotechnical co-ordination, and underground services design/co-ordination
Support project delivery from concept, feasibility through to detailed design, construction support and sustainment works
Work effectively and communicate well with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
Draw upon strong engineering fundamentals to support the team and our private asset clients with tailored design solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering – Civil
3-10+ year’s experience in civil engineering
A knack for putting civil engineering outcomes into simple language
A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
