About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day workplace operations including facilities, building issues, and general office experience
- Act as a key escalation point, resolving the majority of operational issues before escalation to leadership
- Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring service delivery and performance standards are met
- Support office relocations, fit-outs, and new workplace setups, including defects management
- Oversee shared resources such as fleet, car parking, and office amenities
- Assist with contractor onboarding, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Support health, safety, and contractor compliance (HSE) processes
- Provide continuity across the team, stepping in as a key point of contact when required
- Support business continuity with our CX function within the wider Workplace team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years’ experience in workplace operations or facilities management
- Experience in corporate or consultancy environments (preferred)
- Strong experience coordinating contractors and vendors
- Exposure to fit-outs, office moves, or defects management (highly desirable)
- Solid understanding of workplace operations systems and processes
- Basic understanding of commercial lease requirements (interpretation, not negotiation)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence without formal authority
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a strong sense of ownership
