About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver technical input across utility-scale BESS and renewable energy projects
- Support projects from feasibility through to detailed design and delivery
- Coordinate with civil, structural, geotechnical and electrical specialists
- Support procurement activities, tender reviews and technical evaluations
- Undertake technical risk assessments and lender due diligence activities
- Review contractor and OEM documentation for compliance and design quality
- Develop scopes, proposals and client-focused technical solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant engineering qualification, ideally electrical
- 5+ years’ experience within the power or renewable energy sector
- Experience with BESS projects and grid connection infrastructure
- Broad understanding of electrical infrastructure and power systems
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication capability
