About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver technical input across utility-scale BESS and renewable energy projects
Support projects from feasibility through to detailed design and delivery
Coordinate with civil, structural, geotechnical and electrical specialists
Support procurement activities, tender reviews and technical evaluations
Undertake technical risk assessments and lender due diligence activities
Review contractor and OEM documentation for compliance and design quality
Develop scopes, proposals and client-focused technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant engineering qualification, ideally electrical
5+ years’ experience within the power or renewable energy sector
Experience with BESS projects and grid connection infrastructure
Broad understanding of electrical infrastructure and power systems
Strong problem-solving and technical communication capability
