About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong client partnerships and co-create innovative, tailored solutions to meet their evolving challenges
- Lead and manage both design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines and specifications
- Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle
- Collaborate with our Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones
- Occasional travel within Queensland to various project sites as needs arise
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-8 years' experience in a project management role
- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities
- Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills
- The ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A relevant tertiary qualification or experience
