About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead hydraulic modelling and network design for complex water and wastewater projects
- Provide technical leadership across feasibility, concept and detailed design
- Deliver modelling and design solutions for transmission pipelines, pump stations and utility networks
- Work closely with clients to solve complex network and operational challenges
- Mentor developing engineers and modellers within the team
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated infrastructure outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent)
- Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership
- Strong experience in hydraulic modelling, network design or water infrastructure engineering
- Experience delivering water or wastewater utility projects across planning and design phases
- Strong understanding of water networks, pipelines, pump stations and system operations
- Experience using InfoWorks ICM, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, ECM and WSPro
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
