About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead hydraulic modelling and network design for complex water and wastewater projects
  • Provide technical leadership across feasibility, concept and detailed design
  • Deliver modelling and design solutions for transmission pipelines, pump stations and utility networks
  • Work closely with clients to solve complex network and operational challenges
  • Mentor developing engineers and modellers within the team
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated infrastructure outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership
  • Strong experience in hydraulic modelling, network design or water infrastructure engineering
  • Experience delivering water or wastewater utility projects across planning and design phases
  • Strong understanding of water networks, pipelines, pump stations and system operations
  • Experience using InfoWorks ICM, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, ECM and WSPro
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
